Vockora allows unauthenticated visitors to browse the Opportunity Feed and view cached opportunity reports (including AI analysis) free of charge, without creating an account.

Free to browse: Viewing the feed, reading cached reports, and exploring opportunity scores require no account or credits.

Account required for: Running new discovery searches, generating or refreshing AI analyses, saving opportunities to your Vault, AI Build generation, and any other credit-consuming or personalised action.

Shared content: Opportunities discovered in Community Discovery mode are visible to all visitors and users. Opportunities discovered in Private Discovery mode are visible only to the account that discovered them.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You may authenticate using email/password or supported third-party OAuth providers (e.g., Google). You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

Vockora provides a comprehensive platform that includes:

• Opportunity Discovery: AI-powered discovery of business opportunities from publicly available discussions, forums, reviews, and signals.
• AI Opportunity Scoring: AI-generated demand, competition, revenue potential, difficulty, and overall opportunity strength scores.
• AI Summaries: Concise AI-generated summaries of each discovered opportunity.
• Deep Analysis: In-depth AI analysis including full problem analysis, AI business ideas, MVP plans, suggested features, pricing ideas, competitor overviews, and monetisation strategies.
• PDF Report Generation: Exportable PDF reports containing opportunity analysis and charts.
• Saved Opportunities & Vault: Save opportunities into folders (Build Soon, Research Further, Future Ideas, Archived) with notes, tags, and priority.
• Build Soon / My Builds: Track build projects and their status (Building, Complete, Failed).
• AI Build Generation: Generate professionally structured starter application builds from saved opportunities.
• Platform Selection: Choose a target platform (currently Base44, with future platforms planned) for each build.

Results are AI-generated estimates and starter templates. They do not guarantee success, revenue, or profitability.

Vockora uses a universal credit wallet system. Every AI feature — discovery searches, scoring, summaries, Deep Analysis, PDF report generation, and AI Build generation — deducts credits from a single shared balance.

Credit deductions: Credits are deducted per action at the rates displayed within the app before each action. You can view your current balance and full transaction history at any time.

Credit refunds: If an AI action fails after credits have been deducted, the credits are automatically refunded to your balance.

Cached results: If you re-trigger an action that has already been generated (e.g., re-viewing a Deep Analysis), credits may not be charged again — the cached result is served instead.

Vockora is a credit-based service. There are no recurring subscription plans — you only pay for the credits you need, when you need them.

Free browsing: Viewing the Opportunity Feed and cached reports requires no account or credits.

Credit top-ups: You may purchase Vockora Credits as one-time top-up purchases at any time. Top-up credits do not expire unless stated otherwise.

Free trial credits: New users may be eligible for a one-time grant of free promotional credits. Creating multiple accounts to claim additional free credits is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Payments: Credit purchases are processed securely via Stripe as one-time transactions. No recurring charges are applied.

Vockora offers Community Discovery and Private Discovery modes:

Community Discovery: Your discovered opportunities may be shared in the community feed for other users to explore.

Private Discovery: Your discovered opportunities are kept private and will not be shared with other users.

You are responsible for selecting the appropriate mode before each search.

Vockora's AI Build engine generates professionally structured starter application builds based on saved opportunities.

Platform selection: Builds can target supported platforms (currently Base44, with future platforms planned). Each platform produces a build package tailored to that platform's conventions.

Build method: Builds use deterministic templates combined with AI refinement to produce consistent, high-quality results. AI generates niche features, branding, and landing copy; structural and boilerplate elements use deterministic templates.

Starter templates, not finished products: Generated builds are intended as professional starter templates. They are not fully finished, production-ready applications. Users are expected to review, customise, extend, and refine the generated project.

User responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing and modifying any generated build before deploying it. You must test, validate, and ensure the generated code meets your requirements and complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Build cost: Each build consumes Vockora Credits from your universal credit balance. Credits are only deducted once a build successfully starts. If a build fails, credits are automatically refunded.

Access: AI Build generation is available to all registered users and consumes Vockora Credits from your universal credit balance.

Build tracking: Completed builds automatically appear in Build Soon (or My Builds), where you can monitor build status and access completed projects.

Platform content: The Vockora platform, its design, templates, deterministic code, Opportunity Scores, AI analyses, and all related materials are owned by Vockora and protected by intellectual property laws.

Generated builds: Build packages generated by the AI Build engine are provided to you for your use. You may modify, extend, and deploy generated builds as you see fit. The deterministic template portions remain owned by Vockora; AI-generated portions are licensed to you as part of your build purchase.

User-generated content: You retain ownership of content you create on the platform, such as vault notes, tags, and folder names. By using the platform, you grant Vockora a licence to process and display this content as needed to provide the service.

You agree not to:

• Abuse the platform, including excessive or automated searches that circumvent rate limits.
• Create multiple accounts to exploit free credits or trial offers.
• Use disposable or temporary email addresses to circumvent abuse-prevention measures.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute our AI analysis, Opportunity Scores, build templates, or platform data.
• Resell or commercially redistribute Vockora Credits, discovered opportunities, or generated build packages.
• Deploy generated builds that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.

Violations may result in account suspension, credit forfeiture, and permanent bans.

AI accuracy: All opportunity analysis, Opportunity Scores, business ideas, MVP plans, revenue models, strategic recommendations, AI summaries, and Deep Analysis are generated by AI and are estimates only. While we strive for accuracy, AI may produce incomplete, outdated, or incorrect information.

Not professional advice: Vockora's output does not constitute financial, legal, investment, or business advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making business, financial, or investment decisions.

Estimated financial projections: Any financial projections, revenue estimates, profitability scores, or market sizing figures are AI-generated estimates based on publicly available data. They are not guarantees of actual financial outcomes and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for investment or business decisions.

Revenue estimate disclaimer: Revenue models and monetisation suggestions are hypothetical. Actual revenue depends on numerous factors including execution, market conditions, competition, and timing — none of which Vockora can predict with certainty.

Generated content disclaimer: AI-generated build packages, code, templates, branding, and copy may contain errors, omissions, or unsuitable recommendations. You must review and test all generated content before deployment.

Vockora is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We are not liable for business decisions, financial losses, or any outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated opportunity analysis, scores, summaries, Deep Analysis, or build packages.

We are not liable for any issues arising from generated builds, including but not limited to code defects, security vulnerabilities, or compatibility problems.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for credits in the preceding 30 days.
